Kuro - Shrine monk

A character concept art piece from my Black & White series, focused on the design and visual development of a shrine monk who serves Goddess Liera. Originally a close-combat fighter, he chose to work under Liera in order to survive, taking on a new role that changed both his purpose and identity. This illustration explores his costume design, turnaround, and personality while blending elements of his warrior past with his life as a shrine monk.
